PERFORMANCE &
PHILOSOPHY

At 53, I perform at a higher level than most people in their 30s, both mentally and physically.

Not through extreme training, ridiculous gym routines, or unnecessary dieting. Just practical, science-based protocols that work, focused on getting to the root cause of what’s actually driving decline. This is exactly what I share with my clients worldwide. The information isn’t mine, it’s how I apply it that’s unique, and where I’ve seen real, measurable transformations.

THE TURNING POINT

But this wasn’t always the case.

In my mid-30s, I started breaking down, first physically, then mentally. Despite performing at a high level in my career, my health was moving in the opposite direction, and I couldn’t pull myself out of that downward spiral.

I went through doctors, specialists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychologists, and more, but nothing was working. I was getting worse, not better, and that’s when I realized I needed to take matters into my own hands.

I made the deliberate decision to move to Southeast Asia to understand what other cultures were doing differently and why they weren’t experiencing the same levels of chronic disease I was seeing in the West.

I immersed myself across Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, India, and Malaysia, engaging in different practices, from movement and nutrition to meditation and breathwork, while at the same time going deep into human biology, neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and functional medicine.

METHODOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT

Alongside this personal transformation, I began evolving my work into structured systems, combining movement, recovery, and education into practical frameworks that could be applied in real-world settings.

During this time, I spent extensive periods in India completing a 500-hour certification in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy, which gave me a deeper foundation in movement, recovery, and the mind-body connection. More importantly, this is where I began to fully refine what has now become my functional movement practice, blending traditional yoga principles with a more practical, real-world application of movement and physiotherapy-based concepts.

This experience became the foundation of my signature spine mobility and functional movement approach, which focuses on restoring efficient, natural movement patterns that translate directly into daily life. It moves beyond exercise for the sake of exercise, and instead prioritizes how the body actually performs under real-life demands.

These systems became a core part of my work, delivered through both private sessions and group classes, alongside breathwork and meditation practices designed to improve physical recovery, mental clarity, and stress resilience.

At the same time, I was leading workshops and lectures on human biology, neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and functional medicine, translating complex concepts into practical strategies people could actually apply.

Working in high-performance environments, including with professional fighters and athletes competing at elite levels such as the UFC, pushed me to refine everything even further. It demanded that what I taught wasn’t theoretical, it had to work consistently across different individuals, lifestyles, and performance levels.

OUTCOME

The result was a complete turnaround. I now perform at a higher level than I did in my 30s, with a level of consistency and sustainability that wasn’t possible before.

Today, I continue to apply these principles with clients around the world, helping them take control of their health, build real mental and physical capacity, and perform at a high level without compromising their time or lifestyle.
